For over 35 years, Dr. Fleming has provided patients from central Arkansas and beyond with caring, comprehensive dental services. After graduating from dental school in 1982, he decided to start his practice right here in Pine Bluff, where he was born and raised. As a member of the Pine Bluff community, Dr. Fleming is proud to provide his neighbors with the absolute best in dental care.

We do our best to confirm appointments 24–48 hours in advance of the appointment time. It is not always possible to contact every patient for every appointment. Please make a note of appointment dates and times on your calendar.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. Any less time makes our ability to offer that appointment time to another patient very challenging.
